Due to numerous acquisitions, user licensing for Cisco products became chaotic. Customers were forced to check multiple websites just to view their licenses and license usage information. This caused extreme frustration. (It was the leading customer complaint.)

Though it was a complex endeavor, we were able to provide users with visibility for all product licenses in one place. Once it launched, claiming “celebratory user response,” would be an understatement.
